During our recent family holiday at La Locanda Chic in Grosseto, we found a hidden gem that perfectly blended comfort with friendly hospitality. The property is spotlessly clean and recently refurbished, offering a warm and inviting atmosphere that's hard to resist. Each morning, we enjoyed a delightful buffet breakfast, with a range of options that catered to everyone's tastes - it was particularly satisfying to see the kids enjoy the fresh pastries. One of the standout features for us was the owner, Sofia, whose warmth and helpfulness made our stay even more enjoyable. Her local recommendations, especially for outdoor activities, catered right to our family's love for adventure. Being so close to various nature areas enables easy day trips that were a hit with my outdoor-loving clan. While the hotel doesn't have an elevator, the third-floor rooms provided stunning city views that were well worth the climb. Plus, having pet amenities available made it a perfect stop for our furry friend as well.
